E3 Director, Doug Crawford-Brown, presented on the resilience of UK businesses to climate change in a meeting hosted by HRH Prince Charles and the Cambridge Programme for Sustainability Leadership in St James Palace. A key outcome of the meeting was a committment for E3 and Partners to assist in expanding the CPSL programme in Business Leadership into the United States.

E3 held the second in series of workshops supporting the Rapid Decarbonisation Project. The workshop, organised by Fellows Stephen Stretton and Richard Starkey and held at Winston House in London, examined the political, legal and ethical dimensions of decarbonising the global economy.

E3 were represented, along with the Cambridge Centre for Climate Change Research, at a recent meeting in Number 10 Downing Street to discuss strategies for moving the UK forward on ambitious and iconic projects of community-scale energy demand reduction. E3 presented a Policy Briefing paper outlining key policy innovations and concerns if such projects are to be successful.
